Contact/booking

After you have made your initial enquiry, I will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. We will then arrange a time when is convenient for us both to have a brief chat about your concerns, and what bought you to my page. This conversation is to attain if I'm the right therapist for you. If I’m not, I have a great counselling network and would be happy to sign post you.

Together we will work through an assessment, lasting 50-60 minutes. This can take place over the phone or online - whatever suits you. The assessment is completely confidential, and you have the right to see my notes during or afterwards. We will also go through our contract verbally, and then look at getting you booked in for your first session. 

Assessments cost £45, 48 hours notice if cancelling is also required. No cancellation fee is applied.

Our sessions will take place at the agreed date and time whether that is online or in person. Each session will last for 50 minutes and cost £45. 

For in person sessions, a £10 non-refundable deposit is required 48 hours before. This ensures the safe and confidential space which we meet in is secure.

Session cancellations require 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours notice is given, or you do not attend your session the full balance of your session will be invoiced.
